Paths to Leadership is a development process for leaders. This assessment helps leaders get the feedback they need from people who see them in action on the job. It focuses on 12 "Paths to Leadership", sets of behaviours or characteristics important to succeeding as a leader.
This is not a
"test". It is only intended to be used for personal development. Please share your honest observations and constructive suggestions for development. Your responses and comments will be summarized in a personal assessment report we share just with the leader being assessed, who will then decide when, and with whom, they share their feedback.
The assessment can take 30-45 minutes to complete. We recommend you complete it in one sitting.
